Well, we have a corporate health challenge happening at the job for the next 6 weeks. I signed up to participate in 2 events – the 9-mile bicycle race and the 5K. I’m getting excited about both occasions. I am a bit anxious, but it’s nice to have an objective and event in mind.
I also decided to pick two occasions of which I am relatively apprehensive. Might as well use this is really as to be able to conqueror a little internal obstacle while enhancing my practical fitness. I’ve been wanting to participate in an organized bike event for a long time. I figured this distance wouldn’t be too bad to begin out with.
I enrolled in the 5K to see easily can try to find some pleasure in jogging. I’ll do a combination of walking and running, but I’m still kind of excited about it. Furthermore to these basic things, I’ve started training at Metroflex again. I’m concentrating on my own training & development going back part of this year. Personally I think like things are arriving together for my personal goals finally, and the chronic stress has subsided.
I feel happy, well balanced, and focused mentally. Now is my time. I am not wanting to eat enough, hence my lack of weight loss progress. Time to get focused and eat like a competitor.
