Beautiful weather, sunlit, warm however, not too warm. I was lucky I got to outside spend most of it. I mowed the weeds lawn, trimmed hedges, weeded the flower beds, trimmed tree branches, de-cobwebbed the patio, and washed it down. Next time I’ll enjoy maybe, this time I used to be just exhausted, sweaty, and my arms felt like jelly.
Though I must note I did all those previously mentioned tasks in one day versus before weight reduction surgery when it could have been a week-long (maybe even month-long) task. Yay for post-op endurance! Of weekend It had been a Bento kind. Orange Box (bottom-right): hunk of Oh Yeah!

Q: Do you eat it all? A: Sometimes. Sometimes it’s meals & a treat if I’m going to be out for awhile. Q: Where do you get your best? A: Here’s an online source (FYI: the blog scores a few cents for those purchased through the link/helps pay the area bill.) I’ve a number of different containers and inserts of different sizes too.
Q: Do they leak, is it possible to microwave them, how will you keep things cold? A: I’ve never really had it happen but I don’t put anything too saucy or soup in them. I’ve a thermos I use for soup. Great up to now though. I have microwaved in them. I do not because you understand how things get distorted once you nuke them too much I don’t want to risk it.
I use these to keep things cool or place the complete package in the fridge. Q: What exactly are the benefits to putting food in a better package? Q: Are you experiencing a link to all the bets you earn? A: Yes. Click for those or another fun way to check on them out here.
This paper introduces a context-appropriate mobile application for sustainable weight loss. Overweight and obesity are recognized to have grown to be a worldwide health matter. Addressing weight loss and sustaining efforts remains in many ways a fragile undertaking. Strategies will change by age group, gender, and social context. Moreover, the cultural, traditional ecosystem shall impact weight-loss strategies. On this paper, we discuss contributions in the literature for technology-based weight loss support. We design mobile software that leverages three strategies from proven behavior change ideas (increasing awareness of the weeks of dieting, fostering motivation and self-efficacy, and impacting dieters’ behavior).
We adapt the application to the neighborhood context of the middle easterner’s culture by performing a usability-testing experiment with potential users of the application form. We also apply concepts of localization to derive a proper application. Beyond the applied use of the application form, the paper contributes to the currently scarce body of literature on Arabic-based mobile development.
I’ve never recognized people wanting to be on a keto diet. It’s such a precarious balancing take action for which few folks have the discipline to stick to. To that Further, there’s a great deal of evidence that supports the fact that it’s bit more than a fad diet (like juice diets, and everything the rest). I’ve individually never been onto it, but an ex’s entire family was on this stupid thing. They were all basket cases because of the unequal body chemistry produced by the program, and most of them overweight were, acquired energy issues, and blood sugar issues (hypoglycemia was a normal thing). None of them exercised or engaged in virtually any regular activity (hence being overweight). Then there’s me, eating regular, well-balanced meals comprising 2/3 complicated carbs (read: veggies and pasta) and 1/3 protein.
